10am–12pm - Russian manicure prep and BIAB application refresh - A hands-on workshop to sharpen your technique and pick up fresh tips, even if you've been doing this for years.
12–1pm - Lunch - A proper sit-down lunch included, and a chance to connect with other technicians who understand exactly where you're at.
1–2:30pm - The £5K Month Roadmap, with Becci - A practical, honest look at your pricing and your marketing. We'll cover:
- How to reverse engineer your prices and work out your true minimum for the hours you put in
- A pricing exercise using a spreadsheet you'll take home and actually use
- Premium marketing that positions you as the expert, not just another option
- The psychology behind marketing and why clients choose one technician over another

2:30–3pm - Break with cake and drinks - A proper pause before the mindset session.
3pm - Money mindset and freedom business principles, with Juliet Tripp - Rewriting your money story, thinking like a CEO, and letting go of the imposter syndrome that keeps so many talented technicians playing small. Finishing with a mini Q&A.
