Some of our online courses contain free product tester kits. Shipping for these kits is free and delivery will take 2-3 business days.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return according to the terms below.

General Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• To request a return, please contact us at info@blossom-academy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

These include but are not limited to: 

• Starter Gift Sets (if the packaging has been opened or the contents used)
• Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page

This is in accordance with UK consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center guidelines. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
