What happens on a nail training day?
Most of our students arrive a little nervous, and that's completely normal. A training day starts with the theory you need to work safely, including hygiene, contra-indications and product knowledge. Then we move to live demonstrations, and then it's your turn, with your trainer beside you, correcting technique as you go.
Classes are kept small, 6 students maximum, so you get proper hands-on time. By the end of the day you'll understand not just what to do, but why you're doing it.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Many of our students have never done a set of nails before, and plenty are changing career completely.
Is it worth travelling to Shrewsbury for nail training?
We regularly welcome students from across the United Kingdom, and closer locations such as Shropshire, Mid Wales, Cheshire and the West Midlands. Shrewsbury is easy to reach by road and rail, and we have parking right outside the academy. If travel isn't practical, our online courses let you train from home with the same accredited certification.
What support do I get after my course?
